Program description

This text messaging program is operated by Stephen (Steve) Amoako, Associate Broker with Virtual Properties Realty.Net. It sends text messages to people who submit the Home Buyer Plan form at https://homes.steveamoako.com/plan and choose to check one or both of the separate, optional text message consent boxes. Both boxes are unchecked by default.

Non-marketing messages (if you check the non-marketing box) relate to your home search and property inquiries, such as responses to your inquiry, follow-up, consultation and showing scheduling and reminders, and next steps in your purchase.

Marketing messages (only if you check the separate marketing box) may include new listings, market updates, special offers and other promotional messages.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to this text messaging program. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
